Away from all the hustle and bustle, a place to relax and unwind from all those everyday pressures of daily life. All our villas are located in or near Uzumlu, which is a small rural village about 12km from Fethiye and is 500m above sea level.
The village of Uzumlu is one of the spectacular natural beauties, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged hillsides. Our Villas are situated in an elevated position, with exceptional views over the valley, because Uzumlu is 500m above sea level the cool mountain breezes are more than welcoming especially in the summer. The traditional village of Uzumlu is a short drive away and it has managed to retain all of the natural charm and character of a traditional Turkish village whilst having the convenience of a modern town of Fethiye nearby which, is a fifteen minutes drive away.
The relaxed village atmosphere is where you can experience the real Turkey, quiet and unspoilt and is ideal for those looking for a little peace and quiet, breathtaking scenery and the enchantment of rural life. Uzumlu has shops in order to buy local produce, a post office, butchers, restaurants and a wine bar, and a local market on Fridays.

All villas have the ideal position for those relaxing tranquil days, soaking up the sun or taking shade enjoying all the surrounding breathtaking views of the rambling Taurus mountain range and the Uzumlu valley.
Ideally located to explore the beautiful Turquoise Coast of Turkey.
Enjoy wonderful Turkish hospitality and superb local cuisine.
Un-spoilt by mass tourism, the region offers a taste of traditional Turkey where life continues at a leisurely pace.
After you've recharged your batteries and feeling a little more adventurous, you could take a trip to Fethiye or any of the nearby by holiday resorts:
Fethiye - The Heart of the Region
The bustling town and harbour of Fethiye is 18 km away from Uzumlu and can be reached by regular dolmus or by car. Here you can stroll along the harbour, shop in the quaint bazaars, visit the famous indoor fish market for lunch or just sit, relax and watch the world go by. Visit the large outdoor market on Tuesdays and have fun bartering for all your goods.
Fethiye is a lively Turkish town of around 100,000 inhabitants. It is the perfect mix of a sophisticated and ethnic life for living and for holidays.
The town has an area called Paspatur which is a bazaar area catered for the needs of all tourists with real atmosphere. The main street and all side streets are full of big and small traders in everything you can possibly imagine. Right in the centre of town is a combined permanent fish; fruit and veg market where the bargains are incredible. ASDA watch out you cannot roll back your prices this far. You can buy your fish or shellfish in the market and one of the restaurants surrounding the market will create a delicious meal for you for around £2. Tuesday is the big market day. Maybe 500 to 700 traders, all selling their wares. Big bargains but please haggle sensibly and compare prices before you buy, great atmosphere.
Originally Fethiye was known as Termessos and there are still remains and an amphitheater from the Lycian period. Some 3 to 4000 ex-pats live in and around Fethiye permanently with this number doubling at least during spring to autumn.
Fethiye must be one of the best sailing centres anywhere in the world with steady winds, crystal clear water and the most incredible scenery.
Oludeniz- The Jewel in the Crown
The world renown resort of Olu Deniz 'the blue lagoon' with its sheltered beach and lagoon which is ideal for children and swimming, it is one of the most photographed places and is featured on the front of nearly every Turkish holiday brochure, Olu Deniz which inappropriately means dead sea is the very famous picture you will see in most advertisements for Turkey. It is very beautiful and the sea really is this colour. All around Olu Deniz are the Towering Taurus Mountains. From Babadag Mountain there is the world famous Paragliding centre, also micro lighting and Paracending.
