A cleaner to be employed before guests arrive and you need to ensure you have enough linen and towels for turnaround guests.
You must also provide a safe and first aid kit. An information booklet how to work appliances etc and has contact numbers in is also required and a ‘visitor’s book’ for guest comments is also useful.
