This villa provides a perfect setting for those that seek a tranquil and private setting, with the advantage of amenities close. Situated in private grounds, with a secluded pool providing views across it's own orchard and garden and stunning mountain vistas. The property was completed in 2010 and has been furnished and equipped to the very highest standards. The traditional Turkish village of Uzumlu is a few short minutes stroll away, where you can find a selection of shops and restaurants offering fare to suit all tastes, and regular transport to the larger resorts of Fethiye and Calis only fifteen to twenty minutes drive away.

The villa is set back from a quiet lane at the end of a private gated drive. A spacious entrance hall leads to a huge lounge with feature fireplace opening onto a large beautifully fitted dining kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. Both rooms offer access to the poolside terrace via double sliding patio doors, allowing the interior to be flooded with natural light during the long summer days. The property offers three spacious bedrooms - two double, one with en-suite facilities and one twin. All bedrooms have triple fitted wardrobes and double patio doors to the terrace. There is also a family shower room.

The villa is situated in a large private garden arranged as an orchard. A beautiful private pool is surrounded by a terrace, completely shielded from public view and enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.
