The villa is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely private walled garden and large terrace with additional pool side bathing area to soak up the sun on the sun beds or take a little shade under the umbrellas making it ideal for relaxing. Only a short drive into the heart of Uzumlu village for your daily fresh foods or maybe a drink in the wine bar or tearooms, have your lunch or evening meal in the choice of restaurants makes it the ideal location.
Ground Floor: Large open-plan lounge with a sofa bed, there is a TV, DVD and stereo with a selection of books, DVD's, CD's, and games for your enjoyment. Large suitably equipped kitchen, with electric/gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle and toaster. Single bedroom with air-conditioning, patio doors leading to the terrace. Family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
First Floor: Two bedrooms, one double and one single both en-suite, bedrooms have French windows, and both bedrooms have air-conditioning. Both en-suite bathrooms have bath / shower, sink and WC.
Outside: There is a large terrace for eating al fresco, private swimming pool approx. 40m² metres, which has walk in steps. Sun bathing area with Sunbeds and parasols which makes it an ideal area for relaxing. There is a mobile BBQ for those warm summer evenings of eating and drinking outside. Large well maintained gardens surrounded by its own walled perimeter, also has outside lighting and large private driveway for off street parking.
