This beautiful luxury detached villa is one of the best holiday rentals in Uzumlu; it offers fantastic facilities to make anyone’s holiday, a holiday to remember. There are three large bedrooms, two double and one twin, each with there own balcony, there is a large luxurious family bathroom with large Jacuzzi and separate shower, his and her washbasins and WC. The upper living floor consists of a large lounge with dining area; there are two large fully fitted kitchens, one on the upper living floor and one on the basement floor, adjacent to another large bathroom and separate utility room. Also on this floor an extremely spacious living area consisting of lounge / TV / reading areas and games room with pool table, darts boards both electronic and conventional, a large selection of board games, and a wide selection of reading books. This villa has air-conditioning throughout, and a fully alarmed security system with CCTV.

This villa is in a superb location, only 10/15 minutes walk to the village and restaurants; it also has an elevated position giving a full and unspoilt view of the valley and surrounding Taurus Mountains, trust me you will not want to leave this beautiful area, many have come and came back year after year, and many have come and stayed making a new life here in Uzumlu. The nearby Turkish village has lots to offer in the way of restaurants, shops and there is a small market held every Friday, where you can buy your fresh fruit and vegetables, plus a few stalls selling hardware, household and souvenirs. There is a bakers, butchers, barbers for the men, post office, chemist and even has its own medical centre, there are two petrol stations; one being a 24 hour service station with a small shop offering a good selection of food products.
