This beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa offers one of the best holiday accommodation rentals in Uzumlu, Villa Geyrandag Manzara offers the peace, tranquility and luxury of staying in a high standard accommodation and the location is superb with the added benefit of being within easy access of all main towns and activities.
Uzumlu is an unspoilt traditional Turkish working village -- like stepping back in time. The hub of Uzumlu village is the village square, and dotted around the square you will find the local mosque and hear the calling of Allah., arts and crafts -where you can actually watch the locals weaving on their looms in cotton, silk and wool, a bakery, shops and it has a Friday market where you can buy local produce, situated just outside the main square near the canal. Uzumlu is known for it’s fine grapes and the word "uzum" means grapes, so why not taste the local wine, eat some Turkish cuisine at some of the restaurants in Uzumlu or if you want a more informal environment why not try the local "Pide" pizza, there is also a post office, chemist and it has it’s own medical centre, two petrol stations one of which offers a 24 hour service and has a small shop selling a good selection of every day essentials.
On entering Villa Geyrandag Manzara there is a hall which leads to a fully equipped kitchen / diner, also a large comfortable lounge, so if you want to relax watch a DVD or listen to a CD, and access to the terrace area, also on this floor is a bedroom and bathroom with shower, basin and WC, from the terrace you will find the private pool and sun loungers where you can soak up the sun, take shade under umbrellas.
The terrace area with patio table and chairs for eating outside at breakfast or evening time, overlooking the mountains and the Uzumlu valley, the views are absolutely breathtaking, truly stunning.
On the first floor you will find master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Also on this floor a further two bedrooms, one double and one single bedroom; a further bathroom, all bedrooms have balconies and overlook the pool, all bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
